I love this place! The orthodontist is so nice and personable and very professional, the receptionist is cute, and my teeth look awesome— it’s life-changing and I feel so much more confident about my appearance

My experience here has been great! It’s been about a month since I got my braces off and started using retainers, and I can hardly believe the change from before I had braces. I’m really thankful for the work that Dr. Luk and his assistant did. They were always quick to help with any adjustments I needed during my monthly visits while I had my braces. Choosing this place for my braces was definitely the right decision!

Dr. Luk and his associates are as professional as it comes. I had a pretty difficult malocclusion (crowding, impacted canines, extreme underbite) that required ~3 years of braces, but Dr. Luk and co. made it as easy and painless as possible. They are very efficient, skilled, respectful, and experienced. The front reception is lovely, understanding, friendly, and just as experienced in the field. However, they (understandably) expect the same amount of respect and commitment from you. As I said, I had a difficult malocclusion, but they guided me through my alignment, tooth extraction, wisdom tooth extraction surgery, jaw surgery- everything I needed. They’re always a phone call away if you have any questions or issues with your appointment, and are willing to make an emergency appointment to address discomfort or a bracket coming off. It wasn’t always a pleasant experience (especially the recovery from the jaw surgery) but I’m glad I did it, and would do it again and again in a heartbeat. I’ve fully recovered now, and got my braces taken off about a month ago. To say the least, my life has forever changed for the better. I love smiling and now have full confidence when I do! 😁 Thank you, Dr. Luk!

After a long journey with different kinds of braces, I have finally achieved a smile that I’m confident in. Any questions I had about the process or concerns were addressed. And the whole process was pretty smooth. It took me around 2 years. With my results, I really recommend this place.

I don’t have a single clue what all these posts about “Dr. Luk and his kind team” are about or what they’re on. I know from my two-year and ongoing experience from here that the team—who consists of one main doctor and another assistant doctor (hardly a team) are extremely unprofessional. Every single time I go to get my braces readjusted here, the two of them spend at LEAST fifteen minutes gawking at my atrocious teeth. Like yes, I know my teeth are messed up, but isn’t that what I’m here for? I’m here for results, not snide commentary. And please don’t get me started on the wait time—appointment at 11am? Expect to actually get in at 12pm. Not to mention how uncomfortable and cramped the entire clinic feels and how public it feels—one time I was getting my braces readjusted and this old Asian lady barges in to talk to the doctor, pulls up a rolling chair, and leans over my face to talk to the doctor. I could literally feel spit raining over my face as she just stared into my mouth. TL;DR: Unprofessional, untimely, zero privacy.
