Their pastries are SO good omg. I’ve been back so many times, and they have seasonal items. The vibe of the place is um interesting tho o_o reminds me of a meat packing warehouse bc it looks um sterile? LOL Come early tho, their pastries sell out, and most things won’t be available in the afternoon and later even tho they close late - Ube eclair: 11/10, pricey but honestly similar price and quality to the ones I had in Paris. Best eclair I’ve had in nyc so far. Must get! - Strawberry matcha croissant: 11/10, the cream is so yummy!! I’m not usually a fan of matcha flavors, but it pairs so well with the strawberry cream - Scallion pancake danish: 10/10, surprisingly SO good. The one I got was a little on the burnt side, but the flavor and texture was amazing. Very fragrant and flakey!

Supermoon is a fun stop for inventive pastries with a quirky display of realistic-looking sample items lined up with descriptions (though prices would’ve been helpful). We tried the Ube Éclair, which was rich and creamy inside with a crisp and flaky shell. The Mont Blanc was a refreshing coffee drink - an iced espresso topped with a citrusy orange cream that was bright and refreshing.

Got the spicy nyc croissant (savory, not really spicey, has cream cheese inside with hints of black pepper), and scallion pancake Danish (i like this savory croissant, not spicey, has nice crunch texture, very good, would get this again) Thai tea eclair also very good, tasty, taste just like Thai tea 😁 I was able to sit inside, limited seating. Also it gets busy, so go early,things could sell out and they will post a sold out label in front of the items. I don't go often, but every time I come here there's always a variety of pastries to choose from sweet to savory and all good and worth trying.

Came to try gelato. I got the pandan with Kay’s coconut. Even though the ice cream was perfect flavor wise and texture wise (not too melty, good mouthfeel), for the size of an $9 scoop I felt ROBBED. Additionally, they don’t do samples so you should have a lot of faith in what you’re getting. My friend got the ube ice cream sandwich which I felt was worth the $11 price tag. Atmosphere is brutalist, hostile architecture galore

TLDR: crème brûlée danish that was over baked, the crème itself didn’t have much flavor either Pastries are hitting $10 now after tax and before tip which is getting a bit egregious. I love crème brûlée so I ordered the crème brûlée danish and it did not go well. The danish itself was seriously over baked. It was a bit tough and one bite led to everything spilling out everywhere. The flavor of the crème was very subtle as well.
