I just moved into the neighborhood and decided to try this laundromat’s pickup and drop-off service. Maria helped me, and she was so kind and welcoming! The whole process was super easy and convenient, and my clothes came back perfectly clean and fresh. As someone new to the area, it feels great to find a place (and people) you can rely on right away. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to share a quick review. The laundromat on Metropolitan Avenue on Forest Hills truly offers the best service I’ve ever had. The entire team is incredibly attentive, and I especially want to highlight Ruth for her excellent customer service. She always makes sure my clothes are well cared for and ready on time whenever I need them. I definitely recommend this place and give it a full five stars.

Amazing experience! The staff was super helpful and kind, and the equipment is well-maintained and high quality. If you’re in the neighborhood, definitely check them out. For anyone saying their clothes shrunk, it’s really important to follow garment care instructions. The dryers work perfectly when used properly—this is not cheap or run-down equipment. I also had a great experience with the owner—very reasonable and accommodating. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be back. ❤️

CONSTANT GREASE STAINS!! When new owners took over and got new machines everything was great. However, last few months I wash clothes and always leave with new grease stains on my clothes. I stopped using dryer towels to see if that was the issue and realized it’s the laundry mats machines since it keeps happening. I told one of the ladies one machine in particular left a lot of stains on my clothes and saw the machine was “Not Working” for a while. This week once again in another machine I’m seeing more stains on my clothes. I inspect each machine prior to throwing my clothes in and make sure nothing other than clothes get thrown in, so I know it’s not because it’s items left in the machines or pockets. Either the machines are no good or they are not maintaining the machines to make sure they are clean for public use. Looking for another place to wash clothes now, I can’t have my family walk around with grease stains all over. Disappointed.
