They were really nice and patient. We took a long time to decide which color contacts we wanted, but everyone was very kind and well-behaved. Michelle was especially great at her work.

I had an appointment here today, this is a fantastic Eye Care from start to finish. Joyce was the Lady who assisted me along with other Associates, Joyce is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Dr Hawasly is really caring, friendly and personable. I recommend this eye doctor to anybody who’s looking for a good experience and to be treated with kindness and efficiency. Five stars doesn’t do them justice for their service.

This is what every eye care shop/DR should strive to be. My daughter started school this year and needed glasses for the first time. I struggled finding the perfect, durable frames for my little girl and Dr Raymondi helped me get her the perfect pair keeping in mind what my daughter liked in terms of colors and design. She catered to us and made sure the frames were perfect. On top of that when I brought up a concern about contacts from another shop I was provided with some much needed tips on how to wear them and test to see if placement was correct. Super informative and always willing to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. We could tell they are super passionate about helping family's out. I will never purchase a pair of glasses from anywhere again. This place has my business for life. Thank you so much Dr Raymondi, thank you for caring.

Randomly went for an eye exam at Sur Eye Care and received their bestest services beyond expectations! All the staffs were very welcome, friendly and super attentive. Doctor Tarek gave me all answers with simple clear explanations. When it comes to the frame selections, Kelvin the owner gave full of friendly service, no pushing but fully provide informations plus good recommendations and offered super reasonable price. He also offered me to come back any time with all other glasses/sun glasses adjustment for no charge. Truly appreciate their after sales service. Would highly recommend everybody to check out this place!

Don’t be fooled by the signs!! Check the credential of the doctor before you see the doctor.. At SUR eye care there is a so called “Doctor” name “Charles Kim”. There is no history of his medical credential anywhere. Please make sure an actual Doctor With medical license from United States is providing care that YOU and your Insurance is paying full price for!!!! In person and online SUE eye care were unable to provide any proof of credential for the doctor.
