I had pain in my hip and thigh for over two months due to lumbar nerve compression and found this physical therapy center through my insurance in Flushing Chinatown. The clinic is clean, and Dr. Sushi Qi is professional, patient, and caring. Their treatment plan with acupuncture, heat therapy, massage, and rehab exercises helped me a lot—after just two visits, my pain was greatly reduced. Highly recommend this place!

I almost want to gatekeep Susan and team because they are just so fabulous! But, I also want them to get the recognition they deserve so writing this review so more patients will find them, and be helped. Susan is extremely kind and culturally competent and really really good at what she does. Her acupuncture has helped not only my physical health but mental health as well. The massage therapist are all so kind. As is the front desk staff. It’s super easy to schedule with them and the office itself is really beautifully decorated and there are always snacks! It’s a very throughly designed and intentional healing space. Absolutely love. :)

I’ve been seeing Susan for acupuncture treatment over the past six months, and the improvement in my back pain has been truly significant. My symptoms have eased a lot, and I feel much more comfortable in my daily life. Susan is an incredibly patient, attentive, and thoughtful doctor. She takes the time to listen carefully, understand my condition, and adjust the treatment accordingly. I always feel well cared for during each session.

A very good physical therapist with calm and clean environment and conscientious staff. Good listener. Super smart. Responsive and understanding. The right exercises and better. After two years, i have much less pain now. Prevented me from possibly needing surgery. Significant improvement. Resumed activities without pain. Would I recommend this Doctor and team? Uh yeahh!! :) A great person for treatment, to work with and to learn from. If I could give ten stars I would!

Kang He Physical Therapy Center provides excellent service with highly professional therapists who truly care about their patients’ recovery. The environment is clean and comfortable, which makes every visit a positive experience. The therapist Mrs. Qi is knowledgeable and patient, always taking time to explain treatment plans clearly. I feel supported and well cared for here. My recovery has improved greatly, and I highly recommend Kang He PT to everyone.
