Susie Chung is a great doctor. I have been going to her for years. You can talk to her about all of your concerns, she is compassionate, knowledgeable and understanding. She knows her stuff.

Dr. Chung is an excellent Physician. She is thorough, patient, listens, and takes the time to explain things in a thoughtful manner. Lovely, friendly, and professional staff. Very nice office.

The office is very unprofessional and unsympathetic to sick people. Downright rude at times. Dr. Chung is okay when you’re there in the office and seems like a nice enough person, but if you’re not right there, she doesn’t seem to care about your wellbeing at all. She was okay with letting me go without my medication over a week before my appointment with her, knowing that I would relapse and be in excruciating conditions. Also when I finally went into remission, with my minimal change disease, I called and left a message to update her and request an appointment and her office never returned my call. Twice. People who have diseases and disorders with their body have that to deal with already, they deserve care. What Dr. Chung’s office offers is not that. Far from it.
