I have been ordering with them for 8 years now, they have made sure that every single picture I have sent them as an idea for the cake; to bring to life. Flavor and freshness is a 10, quality and their customer services is a 10 as well. Have not had not one complaint on them. They make sure to ask questions and always work with their customers into making every moment unimaginable. Thank you and I will continue to recommend and must I say they price are amazing.

I am absolutely in love with this cake 🤍✨ From the moment I saw it, I was blown away. The attention to detail, the colors, the theme—everything was executed to perfection. This cake was made with so much care and talent, and it truly became the centerpiece of my twins’ first birthday. Not only was it beautiful beyond words, but it was also delicious—the kind of cake that guests keep talking about long after the party ends. You can tell this was crafted by someone who genuinely loves what they do. Thank you for creating something so special for such an important milestone in our lives. I’ve purchased a few cakes from this place and I never had a problem. All the cakes have been beautifully presented, tasty and on time. Unfortunately this wasn’t my experience today. I placed my order yesterday and was scheduled for pickup today at 10:30 am. When I arrived my order was no where to be found. I understand mistakes happen and I didn’t mind waiting while they prepared one for me. The cake was visually incredibly underwhelming, the frosting and piping is very sloppy and uneven. I’ve always raved about this place and to show up with a cake looking the way it does is pretty embarrassing. We haven’t tasted it yet, I suspect it will be tasty but unfortunately this time I’m completely dissatisfied. ***To further the disappointment after the review, I’m truly aghast with the dowel we found in one of the slices we served. This was a regular 2 layer cake. Not only was the dowel unnecessary but it wasn’t even used as a support, it was baked in the cake, it was found horizontally in the sponge. This experience makes it very difficult to consider this establishment for the next celebration I host. Truly disappointed.

BEWARE OF THIS BAKERY'S POOR QUALITY CAKES AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered two cakes for New Year's Eve; one for my family and one for a friend. I was very disappointed with the quality of the cakes. I was very embarrassed with what I presented my family with during our celebration. More so because I gave one to my very good friend. The frosting of both cakes was slimy/slippery and smelled like raw eggs. The frosting broke down to a total mess and slid right off the cake. The embarrassment I felt while scraping the frosting off the cake made me very upset; I did not want anyone to get sick. Two days later, I called the bakery and spoke with Jasmine regarding my terrible experience with both cakes. I explained to her what the problem was and she told me to send her pictures which I did. She put me on hold for a very long time. When she finally came back to the phone, she was very unprofessional and rude and I asked her if she saw the pictures she said yes. She said to me " WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?! THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO! " Then she proceeded to hang up the phone in my face. As a loyal customer for many years, this was not the first time this has happened. The last time I received a bad birthday cake, I spoke with Jasmine and she told me the exact same thing at that time. If you are having a function or celebration, beware of this bakery. The quality of the cakes are not consistent. It is a hit or miss. Instead of Jasmine being professional and apologizing to a loyal customer, she treated me poorly and this is not acceptable. I will not be returning or recommending a friend.

They charge me 10 dollars extra for unexisting glitter. I’ve bought cake from this place for so many years the happy birthday plate they put it outside the box first time someone doing that. The plate with the happy birthday broke. I called so they can fix the issue the person that answered was being rude saying things such as she doesn’t put prices on the cake and that the cake they did put glitter I’ve bought multiple cakes in the past and the glitter was present. I don’t know what happen to this bakery but I would never buy anything from this place again and I recommend you don’t either. If you want to be treated with respect and customer service just go elsewhere. One thing I have to say to the employees treat people with respect exactly how you would like to be treated. You not missing anything out
