Wanted to mention my experience because honestly IT WAS AMAZING!!! I got nail extensions and gel build up for my nails i honestly love the vibes and also the whole atmosphere, the nails I did came out great. For my design it was 130 around there and for the other nail set that my sister had was 90ish around that so to be honest they were professional very sweet love how they attend you and also they would give water or some sweets if you wanted best place to go. I would recommend appointment for it does get busy and it would take a while before being seated! Overall amazing experience and place!!!

Absolutely love this nail salon and recommend miki! The workers are all so caring, gentle, and adorable. They do their best to communicate every detail and get along with all the customers that enter the door. I came with an inspo photo and miki went above and beyond with the design and detail although I had short nails due to previous breakage. I will definitely be coming back again.

Took my sister to get her nails done and we were not disappointed! Rumi was our nail tech, and she was very nice and attentive to every detail. The other staff were very friendly too! Definitely try this place out, and we will be coming back :)

I live in flushing and have been trying out several different nail salons in the area. This was my first time here and by far they are the kindest with the best treatment to their customers that I have ever experienced. Cece took her time with detail to prepping my nails and made sure I was happy with everything. She was gentle and didn’t hurt my cuticles. They are also very hospitable and offer water and wine. I asked for something simple but also something little different for my birthday and they did a very cute design. They also gave me a gift for my birthday. I will definitely be back, they are the sweetest and actually love the work they do!

I'm genuinely surprised to be writing this, given the plethora of 5-star reviews, but my experience today was deeply disappointing and fell far below professional standards. From the start, the atmosphere felt unprofessional. The technicians were distracted, and there was a lack of care and attention to detail that I expect from a salon. The service itself was problematic: Pain and Injury: During the cuticle work, I was nicked, which caused bleeding. The entire manicure was uncomfortable and often painful, which has never been my experience elsewhere. Uneven Surface: After applying the gel my nails were left with a visibly uneven and lumpy surface. They were not filed smooth. Crooked Application: Several nails were applied crooked and uneven in shape and length. Messy Paint Job: I specifically asked for a plaid pattern, but the execution was very messy. The lines were blurry, crooked, and bled into each other, lacking the crispness a design like that requires. I left the salon with nails I am embarrassed to show, especially after paying for a detailed design. It's clear my experience was an outlier, but based on today, I cannot recommend this salon and will not be returning.
