What can I say just a phenomenal experience and amazing customer service. I used to live in the neighborhood and went to get a pizza slice locally. I realized there was a T-Mobile and was I ready for an upgrade so I walked in. Warmly greeted and the entire team was ready to assist me and mother. I was able to upgrade our phones, accessories where suggested so we purchased them, and suggested to get the new amazing home internet service versus what I am currently using. Full blown experience and felt like I wasn’t a customer I was part of the T-Mobile family. Big shout to Gigi the manger who was very engaged with overseeing her team and ensured it was seamless. Super attentive and her check ins were on point! I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to feel welcomed and treated like family.

Store manager was a great help really knew what she was doing I haven’t see this store with such great customer service in a long time. I opened up T-Mobile home internet for my business. Got it for $55 monthly with hulu and paramount tv included with a $200 gift card😍 Go see Gigi she will hook you up!

I came in looking to upgrade my phone and was helped by Giselle. She seamlessly got me in and out with my new phone in record timing. Not to mention, she will go above and beyond to find you the best deals on the latest technology. 10/10 I recommend this location for all of your T-Mobile needs. Thank you Gigi!

DONT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. BEWARE OF THE MANAGER: GIGI. I was scammed after being assisted by the manager Gigi. I received a receipt that did not have her name but a male employee's name and with the purchase of 4 prepaid sim cards. When I got home I realized I had paid not for a new phone but for 4 prepaid separate SIM cards. I NEVER received ANY sim cards. Manager Gigi at first seems to want to help you but at the end it seems she is there for her benefit only. When I confronted her, she denied me any solutions and said her word was FINAL, she couldn’t do ANYTHING. I called tmobile customer service and they revealed that purchasing a phone never appeared on their end when I gave my receipt claim number. Infact, the phone I picked had a promotional offer and was supposed to be FREE bc I already have a line with TMobile. Instead, customer service told me I had purchased a prepaid plan with 4 SIM cards for the price of the one phone which was suppose to be FREE, now I have to speak to my bank about these misleading charges. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE.
