T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I had transferred from spectrum to tmobile because of the offer I was given..I open 4 lines with EXPERIENCE MORE PLAN $160+TAX month...got my bill today and my plan is $200.00 i been trying to rich out the representative who handle my transfer but it was impossible to reach him and no answer at the store. It is very disappointing and if I dont get this taking care..I will cancel my plan.

Very disappointing customer service experience. I was convinced to get T-Mobile WiFi because the sales pitch made it sound extremely easy and risk-free. Everything was presented as simple and hassle-free. However, once I realized it wasn’t suitable and tried to return it, the process suddenly became complicated and confusing. The information given upfront was misleading, and important details about returns were not clearly explained. What was sold as “easy” quickly turned into a frustrating experience that felt like a tactic to lock customers in. Customer service was not helpful and kept giving unclear or inconsistent instructions. This experience felt deceptive rather than transparent. I would strongly advise others to ask very detailed questions before signing up. And also the lady and the guy there are very rude.

I was on my 24th month of my plan(EIP) i went to this retailer store to inquire and upgrade without trade in. And to have a lesser monthly bill lesser than i used to pay (116.89) there’s an offer of 60$ essential Plan. So they computed they say almost same as my previous bill. Plus the protection 360. I said ok any almost same but with 17 pro max. They said the system is down so they use my fon instead. Im unaware that they give a of plan 4 line offer w/c i dont need. And didn’t explain to me. Plus i will pay another 47 cash for activation or connection. They said they will give separate receipt. But they don’t give when i ask. They added extra line without my knowledge. They scam people, don’t go in this retail store. They mislead you. I even went back to ask the receipt, the female “manager” het my email and said will just email it to me?!?!?! and asked why my monthly bill will be 188 when i checked in my t- mobile app. Plus the insurance that she said added in the plan is not really added. Just to mislead, and you will gonna think the bill went up to 188 bec of the plus crap and plus protection 360, that is really not added. The 2 representative was a female and male. There’s a lot of red flag, im not really convince of their explanation. So I have to call the 611 hot line to inquire.

Be aware to this retailer store that they will ask for additional cash without receipt for upgrading your existing plan and they told it will send thru email but they never did. They will add plan/insurance/protection and tablet/devices without your permission and mis-lead you about the promotions ending bill went up and you need to call customer service, Don't use their device to access your account or giving them your access pin. Also based on the previous reviews with this retail store this is a recurring issue, it seems like a way of scam, Hoping TMobile management will look on it how to correct and investigate it.

I add line phone on10/9 staff said only25 usd increasing. and paid the SIM card 33usd by cash without received bill. After that on 11/1 I just notice my online bill increasing from 186 usd to 280usd. Then I went to the same shop I met the same staff that open account for me. He said a promotion then I ask promotion what increasing 100usd. I found that he added more2tablet line that why? I ask him to remove but he said I have to contact call center. I asked him why why why ? Why add tablet 2line that I never requested. He ignore to help.this was his mistake or scammer me. This shop poor staff.
