T-swirl Crepe - Forest Hills

Their crepes are everything good in this world! I've been to their Bayside location before, and they're just as good. I'll be back whenever I get the chance.

THESE CREPES ARE WILDLY GOOD!!! First off, i like how they are folded and presented to you-- makes it so fun and easy to eat. Secondly, for the price this is the best value because they are actually quite large and can easily be shared. They were not stingy with toppings! We got the nutella banana and the banana chocolate crepe. Both were so delicious and highly recommended!!

The crepe was good as I got the creme brûlée with strawberries. I like that you can customize your crepe or pick a premade one. They also offer savory crepes so the menu is diverse in that way. I am giving 4 stars because I waited to be taken at the register and the cashier completely ignored me and kept doing what they were doing. I had to eventually just say after a minute or 2 “excuse me, may I order?”. The seating is also pretty tight which I normally would not mind if I was able to take it to go but eating and walking around with a crepe is not the easiest thing to do and can get messy. Overall, it was a decent experience and I would try again.

Absolutely awful experience. Came to T-Swirl Crepe on Austin St at 10:20 PM, well before their posted 11:00 PM closing time. Lights were on, doors open, staff inside clearly operating. Yet the workers acted irritated that customers even walked in. The attitude was straight-up rude and lazy. No greeting, no explanation, just hostile body language and an obvious “we don’t want to work” vibe. If you don’t want to serve customers before closing, then change your posted hours instead of treating people like an inconvenience. This wasn’t a misunderstanding it was poor customer service, plain and simple. Austin street has plenty of dessert spots that actually respect customers. Save your time and money and go literally anywhere else.

This place is not consistent anymore.Sizes of the crepes varies now and they put less stuff then before try other locations. They put generous amount and put the right stuffings. Please be consistent otherwise you will loose customers.
