Thank you all for helping me file my taxes. I know its a lot of work but everyone does a good job there.

These guy are pros! I don’t mind the little higher price then other Chinese accountings around NYC, because in my opinion, they’re totally worth it!

Mr. Tam has been our business/personal/family accountant for close to 30 years, so, I know him and his staff will always take care of all of our inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Yes, his rates are a little higher than your typical, standard chinese accountant, but you will have that feeling of "ease" knowing that your "stuff" will be handled properly.

DO NOT GO HERE. complete scam. i feel so bad for Asians who go here without any knowledge about taxes. Thank god I looked at my documents and my mom's over because what they are doing is illegal and wrong. When I asked why my taxable income is twice the amount it's supposed to be, Richard said it was on purpose. He fabricated the numbers. No wonder my tax refunds are so unreasonable and I have to pay more. I wish i found this out sooner because my mom went here in the past and now it all makes sense. do your taxes online!!! It's not that hard. I should've because I would've saved so much money and I wouldn't be trying to fix this whole situation right now even though it's too late. BE CAREFUL.

Extremely unprofessional behavior. I had great email correspondence with Mr. Tam and confirmed that I can pay via Zelle. After submitting all my documents on February 19, 2025, he confirmed that he will have my return ready for review on February 26, 2025. The date comes and passes, and before I knew it, it was March 18th, a nearly whole month after I submitted their documents and they haven't said a word to me. I followed up three time via email, only to be ignored. Only after calling them on the phone, they said that my return will be done in two days. Two days pass and still nothing, I call them back and firmly demanded for my return and they finally turn it over to me an hour after. I call them back to ask for how payment works and they said they only accept cash or check, but Mr. Tam had told me via email that they take Zelle. The person on the phone confirmed they will ask, and I said I will call back. I call back the next day, only to find out that they blocked my number! I still managed to reach them with *67, for them to confirm that they only accept cash or check, and now I'm forced to trek all the way to their office to pay via check. I don't even know if my return was filed! I thought I could trust someone else to do my taxes this year since I usually file on my own. This was an absolutely terrible experience, and blocking my number was completely uncalled for and unprofessional.
