Worst experience ever! The lady tells me to come Friday to pick up 2 coats and 2 pairs of pants to be altered. I gave her an extra day and came in Saturday to find out it wasn’t ready and that she had a big job come in. I told her why didn’t she called me, I’m coming from college point! Out of my way. She told me to come back Monday, and so I came Wednesday. She was about to hand me a coat without the belt until I said something about it and she like yeah I was wondering where was that from. That shows me she’s very disorganized. I asked if she fixed a particular spot on the coat and she said no, she had forgotten. So now I’m waiting 15-20 more for her to finish her job. Worst place ever! Do not recommend AT ALLLLL!
