I brought in a pair of vintage Levi’s for alteration, and the results were outstanding. The craftsmanship was precise, and the fit is now perfect. The staff provided excellent customer service and maintained clear, timely communication throughout the process. Going forward, this will be my go-to place for any jean alterations or hems. Highly recommended.

10/10 service. I was in and out within 30 min for a hem. Tiffany was great over the phone and going over everything with me. Kemal was wonderful as well as my tailor. Gave me different options depending on the shoe I plan to wear with them. Great store multiple people working. $25 fee for same day service. A great all around place for quick tailors.

Prices have gone up from what their website says. I paid $195 for alterations on a $100 Azazie bridesmaid dress. Manhattan pricing is pretty steep. Standard tailoring time is 2 weeks but dress wasn’t ready by (6/7) like the slip stated it should have, but was ready on the following Monday (6/9).

Disappointing, came here with my girlfriend on her birthday for an alteration for her dress. This was a pretty simple dress and not a large extravagant wedding type dress with 3 alterations. We were expecting the cost to be in the range of 80-120, but I can tell the store could sense our desperation so they quoted us 220. This was a very simple dress and alteration request nothing absurd. Just for reference we were requesting for the side/back altered and the bottom of the dress. Put it through ChatGPT with a photo of their prices and this is what the estimate came out to. Understand that it could be more than this as that’s the starting price but more than 2x for a simple dress is absurd. Quote from ChatGPT: If the dress is UNLINED • Take in / let out sides (back/sides): $45+ • Hem (bottom): • Blind stitch hem without lining: $45+ Estimated total (unlined): $90+

I purchased a hoodie online and it was a size too big. Called them up to see if they could help me out with a better fit. When I brought it in, the girl at the front desk wasn't very helpful. Almost as if I was bothering her. Okay, no big deal. I put the hoodie on, one of the gentlemen rips the tags off the garment, and places the pins around for tailoring. I go back up to the desk and they told me it would be a total of $110. I could by 2 more hoodies (at the correct size) for that price!! I left. I planned to just return the hoodie, order a smaller size and realized they still had the tags. I went back and the guy and girl at the front desk were rude and dismissive when I asked for the tags back. Told me the tags were probably in the trash and refused to get them for me. I had to open the trash myself and get them. Overpriced and rude people. Do not recommend!
