Tofu is super silky and soft! The sugar syrup is light probably would ask for extra! Cash only.
The best and one of the only authentic homemade silky Tofu around 8th Ave.

Best soy milk , tofu and tofu pudding in the U.S.! They use a type of soy beans that are tinier, not the bigger ones grown in U.S. or Canada. The soy flavor is much more packed and stronger in their soy products!
If you wanna buy their soy beans, ask them for a loose 2-pound pack.

Great dou hua/do fu fa for a great price ($3 for a large) If you want extra syrup, it's extra 25 cents. I also get the mochi stuffed with red bean or peanut, about 7 pieces for $6. You used to get 8 pieces for $6 but inflation happened. I've always wanted to try the soymilk and the fresh rice noodles. Next time, for sure. The listing says she's there until 630pm but once she sells out, she leaves, so dont expect her to be there at 6pm. I'd suggest getting there in the morning or Early afternoon if you want to be able to try everything.
