amazing !!! my phone was completely shattered in the back and the front was damaged and had strips of light. i’m a college student so i can’t afford hundreds to a thousand j to fix it. for 300 bucks i got both sides fixed and a new case within an hour. super nice guy and very reasonable price for an amazing job.

They truly comprehend electronics and have few limits to what electronics they will fix. I went to The Fix in Queens Center Mall and was quoted twice the amount to fix my Xiaomi pocophone just because it wasn't a Samsung. Therefore I went to their mall competition who proved to be superior. And my phone was finished exactly when I was told it would. Knowing I was still waiting for my phone the young tech worked feverishly to finish it and did a truly professional job and saved me the time of soldering the device myself. I knew he would be superior to The Fix when I stared into his eyes and saw competency, when I looked into the techs eye's of The Fix it was like staring into a cow's dead eyes. You would have thought that he was the golden calf with a very poor attitude. I'm sending a lot of business your way. I like your companies no frills the customer is always right philosophy.

I went here in November and they fixed my phone and gave me a new battery. Literally 2 months later in January my phones battery out of no where was showing 0%, then I went to ask them what happened. They said it’s not their fault, I paid AGAIN for ANOTHER NEW battery. Now it February and AGAIN my phone’s NEWEST battery they replaced recently is showing 0% AGAIN...I’m livid! they been taking my money for years and giving me the poorest service.
