Tamashii Blue

Visiting in town back in November 2024 and was out on a walk, decided to check this place out. Decor was limited, but clean. Appreciated the labeled pictures of the food on the wall, which gets your mouth salivating as you walk in the door. Staff were prompt and friendly. Ramen was really flavorful and had nice presentation. Would love to try out more of their ramen when I return.

Great place for Ramen! Their Miso Ramen is amazing. It is a most visit if you're in the area.

I'm not a big Ramen fan but I enjoyed Ramen here. This place is very busy for takeout and not very crowded inside, which is good. My friend had their signature Tamashii Ramen and I had the chicken curry one with chicken broth. We also shared chicken buns, everything was delicious and flavorful. Very reasonably priced, and you also can have a small discount (less taxes) if you pay cash.

The Ramen was on point here! They served the heat on the side so we can add the sweet heat to our liking. I loved the pork buns!! Very flavorful. The chilled sake was good too. We shared the appetizers and entrees, spent around $60 for lunch. I would definitely come back here. The seating area was comfortable. Very quaint and charming. It's a nice place to dine. Clean and good service.

Tamashii Blue is definitely has a variety of ramen. The ramen has been consistent from when it first open. The ramen noodle texture is made just right. Waitress is tentative and clear on order. I always enjoy dining in at this cozy location, and I've been coming here for many years. This time it was a party of 9. My main suggestion is the addition of a light broth option; sometimes my stomach can't handle the richness, or I would prefer an offering of a light broth option. Also, it would be great to offer specials, as the menu hasn't changed, and it is a bit tiring to have the same options. (Note: The rice bowl with meat and egg was also overcooked and not enjoyable). Overall, I would still return and suggest to others.
