So nice! I just moved to NYC last week and googling nail salons near me was overwhelming with all of the options. I found this one and walked in and was taken care of asap - offered a drink, made comfy in my chair, my phone was put on a cutie little holder. Great OPI color selection and a very fair price for my gel manicure (this coming from someone who’s lived in Dallas forever). These ladies are amazing and Rachel was so kind in already welcoming me back whenever. This needs to be your east village go to!

This is the best in town! My girl Rachel does a great job as always! I highly recommending to go to this salon! She pay attention to the details. Love all about this place!

nail polish streaks are visible in all fingers, uneven finishes and unclean edges, overall nowhere near professional and i’ve seen better DIY nails. there was even an air bubble on one of the fingers, but the technician said it was because my fingernails are so weak and damaged. unheard of such excuse. my friend’s nails turned out fine, but just know if you are randomly assigned a beginner, the results will be hideous.

I’ve been to this salon multiple times, and unfortunately, each visit has been disappointing. The manicurists are impolite, and during my most recent visit I spent $140 on a manicure where two of the tips, which were $10 per tip, were crooked. I even tipped $20, which I thought was generous given the quality. When I went back the next day to kindly ask if they could fix just those two nails they said they wouldn’t replace the tips. I tried to politely explain they didn’t need to waste any time or resources repainting them since the tips were my main concern but they insisted which still didn’t fix the problem. Today, I tried to book a fill appointment only to discover that my number has been blocked. I even had friends call to confirm, and it turns out the salon blocked me after I asked for a simple fix. This is incredibly unprofessional. To spend $140 on a manicure, politely request a correction, and then be banned from booking is unacceptable.

So disappointed with this salon… I came here for the first time around 2 years ago and it was the cutest little salon. I looked forward to coming here every time. Then I couldn’t come for almost a year and once I was able to come back immediately booked an appointment and was so excited…. Just to be severely disappointed. The nail tech was so incredibly rude, refusing to do what I asked for almost yelling at me. Was so aggressive I almost walked out of the appointment. Even with requests I wanted that she didn’t completely oppose, would criticize me over. For example; asking for a glitter nail polish with no base coat and arguing with me that it would look horrible otherwise… so sad to say but honestly because of this one nail tech I will NEVER return here. I can’t imagine having a good experience with this salon.
