Will and his team are top notch. My taxes this year were more complex than typical so I reached out to Tax Terminal. They were extremely helpful and had an amazing turn around time. I highly recommend them!

Owner seemed like a nice enough fellow. After speaking to him briefly on the phone I scheduled a meeting, received a calendar invitation, and an email from Will but when I showed up to the office, no one there. When I called to check the status I was told someone tried to contact me to confirm the appointment (they didnt) and that I would need to reschedule, (no thanks). Not sure where the hiccup was here but it's disappointing to have a meeting get blown off by the owner of a company when I had taken off work to get this done.

A complete train wreck of an experience. I have been using Will for several years and all is work has, as I just found out, wrong. He miscalculated several categories of information (i.e., mortgage interest payments), and I'm now forced to pay thousands in back taxes. Making matters worse, Will has not responded to my polite messages and phone calls seeking his assistance on these matters. I absolutely would never use Will again and I do not recommend you do so either.
