I've been filing my with Tax Terminal for over 4 years now. My experiences prior to 2014 were always frustrating, daunting, and just plain old nerve-racking. Since working with Tax Terminal all of that has changed. They make the experience online super-friendly and they're just a click-away if you have any questions. The responses are always quick and understandable. They break information down to you so that it's understandable and not just tax jargon. In addition, their site allows you to create your own profile where you can house all your past tax returns, making it really easy to find on a last moments notice. Tax Terminal is organized, well structured, and user friendly. The staff is highly educated and knowledgeable as well. It's been over four years of great service!

They walk you through the step by step process and are super helpful/accommodating both online and face to face at several of their locations! I personally love their Long Island City location that is just a few blocks away from the subway and the office is very charming. My tax return has never been so quick and easy!

The staff and CPA Will Dejesus at Taxterminal have handled my business, real estate, and personal taxes since 2013. They are prompt with a response when I have questions or need documents sent to my office. Their accounting rates are fair and beat most of the competition. I have cut my accounting expenses without cutting service with them. I highly recommend their services.

Had a good experience with them last year so I decided to use them again this year. It was a mistake. They scheduled me, I showed up on time and they asked me to come back in 30-40 mins because they had another client there. Totally OK. I asked them to call me when they are done because I live 2 blocks down so I can come back in minutes but no call for over an hour. I go back, there is another client they are helping. They asked me to hang around for couple minutes. I guess they thought they are the only tax place, they were wrong. I took my business to H&R Block which is only 5 blocks away. TaxTerminal's Lorenzo , either the office boy or admin I am not too sure which one he is, was rude, careless, and unprofessional. This place needs owner's attention before they lose more business, hopefully my review helps.
