TD Bank

This is the worst TD Bank I have ever visited. The front desk staff was fine(I used to see a rude one at this location) , and they don’t have enough employees to assist customers. Especially considering that this is one of the busiest and most high-traffic locations, it is ridiculous that they don’t hire enough staff for proper coverage. For a small business-related issue, the wait time was at least 1.5 hours, and the service was unhelpful. I highly recommend making an appointment before visiting this location. Don’t waste your time here! Updated 1:55 PM, 2/26: I found out that even if you make an appointment before your visit, they still require you to register in line. I believe this issue should be escalated to their corporate office, and they need to seriously address their staffing shortage.

My branch closes at 5:00pm and I don’t get out of work till 5:00pm. Got to this branch at 5:18pm, which don’t close till 6:00pm. Needed urgently to do an international wire transfer, the receptionist at the front entrance named Alex W. turned me away, saying they close at 6:00pm and probably don’t have enough time to help me. So I rushed down to a crowded Main St., paid $15.00 for parking, just to get rejected. Will never patron this branch again!

today I have an email confirmation for appointment at 11:30，but when I stepped into this branch 10:25am，the young lady standing in the front desk who should welcome me told me my appointed banker Min Yang was not available and I have to wait for the long line！what kind of mgt is this？Huge bank management is worse than a small clinic. The rude lady still told me she has no idea how long it gonna be because they have only 3 bankers now，and repeatedly asked me whether still want to wait or no in a very unprofessional manner. Should a well trainned employee be polite to think about why they made such a mistake and try to remedy in the first place instead of blaming no-fault customers later？Please confirm your employee behaviors and appointment management flaws TD bank managers！Whats the point of make an appointment in advance？Why you changed the appointment and still did NOT call or email the victim for the change，so that they can make proper adjustment to save the traffic save the world？Do you think customers time is not valuable？

There no operation for lining up we got there early there was a line but after open some ppl don’t know where they going then when I line up on the card machine some Chinese senior cut infront of us no respect at all they say they been lining up the whole morning I couldn’t care less Bec we line up on the right section and they just didn’t know where to go until they asked but still cut infront of us disrespecting is out of hand and we call the security ladies who in charge of front door but the only thing she said is to keep quite or else we kick both you guys out it’s looks like the bank security person don’t know the common courtesy of lining up

The customer service phone line is absolutely terrible. I've never been able to get through. They constantly pass the buck and tell you to call back later. Their service attitude is awful; they even block your number so you can never reach them.
