Good service👍 My Samsung phone's screen cracked. I took it over and fixed it for an hour, and then it was repaired perfectly

The store was very clean and presentable. Susana was very professional and so sweet. When I went in to get my screen fix she greeted me with a smile and was such a big help

Excellent! My 7 year old OnePlus Pro phone was draining the battery so quickly that it was almost useless if not plugged into the charger or battery pack! I walked into this friendly store and they replaced my phone's dying battery for me within an hour for a very low price and my phone is functioning like new again! This saved me $1k+ to replace my phone with a new phone! I didn't even know I could just replace the battery. Thank you for your excellent service!

I called this store before coming here the owner picked up the phone and gave me a price and when i drove there after 30 min upon arriving come to find out thats not the price and i even asked him to make sure that the screen is available in stock and he told me that yes it is and once i reached there they changed the price. I tried to confront the owner and he hung up on me saying he is busy with table tennis tournament and also said sorry we are not professional yet. Please save your time and go somewhere else they dont respect customers and just trying to SCAM people. Stay aware!!

I brought in my phone due to a charger port being bad on sat. I started having issues the same day with my biometrics and ability to use the screen at all. Turns out they replaced my screen without telling me, my original screen has lasted 2 years with not a scratch. I should have realized when the young guy took off plastic off the front, I was just thinking they had to take off my screen protector and didn't want to scratch the screen. I noticed right off that it looked dimmer but thought it was just due to him maybe turning down the light. I don't live nearby so I went home after getting it and noticed it was difficult to swipe. I tried cleaning the screen (no screen protector on) still an issue, erased my finger print and tried to redo it. My screen wouldn't register a finger. Typing was impossible. Even trying talk to text the button wouldn't catch. I took it back the monday and the young lady denied they would change the screen and wanted me to wait another day. I ended up having to go to another place down the street and charged an additional $125 to get it fixed as i was standing there talking to them my whole screen went dark and I couldn't do anything. Hoping they didn't permanently destroy my phone. I am upset and angry at this point. This is my phone where my children's school can contact me as well as family and work.
