Pulled up to Ten Seconds at 8334 Broadway, Elmhurst like a calm man… left sweating with honor. 😤🍜 Ordered the Spicy Beef Tripe Rice Noodle — fresh, loaded with flavor, and spicy enough to remind you you’re alive. This wasn’t “NYC spicy,” this was Yunnan warning label spicy. Respect. Then the Crab Meat Pork Soup Dumplings showed up. Pork + crab = rich, slightly sweet, briny perfection. Ginger, Shaoxing wine, white pepper… yeah, somebody back there knows what they’re doing. Best part? They bring everything out and cook it right in front of you. Dinner and a show. Place is super clean (rare NYC flex), crazy fresh, and doesn’t rob your wallet. Shoutout to Emily for being mad helpful and kind. I will absolutely be back. Soon. Possibly tomorrow. 💪🔥🍜

Place isn’t so big so when it gets really busy people have to wait awhile before getting a table. Once seated they offer you some hot tea . So I ordered the spicy beef tripe noodle soup and my friends got the tomato beef soup. And let me tell you, the soup was so flavorful! The spicy really puts a kick in it and the tomato base soup was really good as well. They also have free noodle refills! So that really fills up your stomach. But the more extra noodles you get the soup gets more bland yet still good! Soup is the perfect food for a cold day but the only thing is that after having the soup it might get alittle hot. They don’t have any fans around so it’s like slurping and sniffling. After you finish eating the check comes and they give you free small little Chinese yogurt drink. The place was pretty busy for noon time. But then again it’s a new place and everyone wants to try it out. Hopefully this place stays more longer than the last. I will be back!

Delicious food and fair prices, portions are big. 4/5 Only have one type of noodle A little difficult to understand the menus. Also, communication with server, they were nice but can’t explain well about menus if you don’t understand their language.

4 piece Cumin Braised Bone appetizer for $7.95. DO NOT ORDER. WASTE OF MONEY. No meat on the bone. Sliver of soft edible tendon/cartilage on the bone. Bone marrow for all the pieces was less than half a teaspoon in total, if at all. The cumin and the bone was defintely there, but hardly anything else. Not happy with this appetizer. The noodle soup was what we always and our regular order there. Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice was ok, but will not order again. Nothing to write home about.
