Her C.P..A. business bedside manner is sorely lacking. When I called her recently about wanting to come in for a tax-related issue, she rudely dismissed me by saying that if I had not done my taxes with her initially she refused to even discuss the matter. Well, Excuse Me! Dear Lady, if you intend to grow your business beyond its current ethnic base (an ethnicity that I share by the way) then you definitely need to learn some manners and politeness towards your potential customers.
