Yessenia avoided answering simple questions about the property via email then never showed up for our appointment; she denied scheduling it. After leaving the site, she called and messaged me endlessly to get to me to come back when her colleagues didn't even have access to the property. This is for a commercial site that's been vacant for eight years! Terrible agent, extremely unprofessional, never again.
