Paul at Petrone body shop his team were fantastic. Great Service -and timing was perfect he helped me do my insurance claim and helped me with my rental from enterprise. They made my Tesla look brand new and the quality is better than when i first got the car i recommend them 10/10

Tesla rear ended. Customer service is very nice and explain very well. They don't try to rip you off or any extra charge. Help you go through all the claim.

I almost never wrote reviews for anyone but the service at Paul Patrone was so exceptional that I feel strongly I need to let others know about the shop and how wonderful they are. I had my Tesla model X fixed at the shop because of a minor car accident couple months back and the work was done marvelously. There were some dents that Paul was not sure but they were able to fixed all of them. The car was so beautiful when I picked up since they really cleaned inside and polished the outside. I noticed a very minor imperfection in the reflector which came from Tesla and Paul assured me that he'd order a replacement and I'd just come by to have it replaced. Today we took the car back and it just happened that the 2nd row seat was stuck in the 45 degree and Paul said he would attempt to fix it. The car was ready in no time and the 2nd row seats were fixed. Paul has done such an impressive work on my car that I feel overwhelmingly obligated to write this review. I absolutely would strongly recommend this shop to anyone who needs the work on his/her cars.

Great service and love that it's a father son company. Once they fixed my car and was perfect and I trust them I highly recommend to my friends and all others go to this body shop Any issues I have with my Tesla will be worked on by them.
