Literally the best service center of any Tesla facility I’ve been to, Hazel is the best service manager I’ve ever met, goes above and beyond and listens to her customers. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Please come here with all your Tesla concerns and they will help you. 10 out of 10!
I lost my key card during a concert at UBS arena and had to wait until the next morning to start calling around for help. On top of that, I was already dealing with a tire sensor issue and needed my camera cleaned. When I called, Walter at Tesla Service Center - Brooklyn (106 2nd Ave) picked up and truly saved the day. He squeezed me in for service, took care of everything quickly, and made the whole situation stress-free. The entire team at this location was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. All of my issues were resolved—including the tire sensor, camera cleaning, and getting a new key card. Experiences like this are exactly why owning a Tesla feels like the best choice.
I had the greatest experience at Tesla of Brooklyn. Kenneth DeLaTorre, Sales Mgr was unbelievably helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I was able to test drive the fleet, and he took me through the many screens and options Tesla offered. I am so happy I went to this location. I cannot say enough about the staff there. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Absolute Nightmare – Tesla Brooklyn Gowanus Service Center: Zero Accountability, Blame the Customer, Horrific Attitude (1/5 Stars – Avoid at All Costs!) Review Body: This Tesla Service Center at 106 2nd Ave in Brooklyn (Gowanus) is hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had – and I’ve owned multiple high-end vehicles. They treat owners like criminals instead of valued customers, refuse to take any responsibility for obvious manufacturing defects, and shift blame without evidence. My headliner trim had premature tearing and fraying along the edge – a clear material adhesion failure or factory defect under normal use (no accidents, no abuse, low mileage, always garaged). I never once used any chemicals or harsh cleaners on the interior fabric – that’s a flat-out lie they invented to deny warranty coverage. They dismissed my concerns outright, claimed “you must have used chemicals,” and refused to cover the repair, even though Tesla’s own warranty docs only exclude damage from improper cleaning if it’s proven (which it wasn’t). They don’t care about facts or photos; they just blame the owner to avoid work and cost. The service advisor, Christine, was shockingly unprofessional – laughing at my legitimate issues like it was all a big joke, smirking through the entire conversation, and acting like my problem was beneath her. She never responded to any follow-up texts in the app, leaving me hanging for days. When I asked for a demo drive to kill time during the wait, the sales rep promised to arrange it, then ghosted me with the excuse that she “got too busy and forgot.” No apology, no effort – just pure incompetence and indifference. Tesla Brooklyn Gowanus doesn’t give a damn about customer concerns. They automatically assume any damage is your fault, deny fair warranty claims with baseless accusations, and provide zero professionalism or communication. This location is a disgrace to the brand – overworked? Maybe. But that’s no excuse for rudeness, lying, and treating owners like adversaries. Save yourself the headache: Avoid this center completely. Go elsewhere, escalate to corporate, or take your business to a third-party shop. Tesla deserves better representatives, and owners deserve better service. 1/5 – and that’s generous
