Tesla Service Center

Surprisingly a 5 stara experience, for a service center. Let me explain: Coming from NJ, I'm used to the Paramus service center craziness, so coming here was a breeze. Starting with the fact that they actually have availability, and you don't have to wait for over 2 weeks (at the very least) to solve an issue, is a huge plus. The place itself is quiet, the garage is huge and clean, and most importantly - the service reps have great service etiquette. Chris was the one to escorts me through the whole process. He explained everything that's going to happen in the repair procedure, and gave me a (very accurate) time estimate. Something I was rarely able to receive at Paramus, and when I did, they missed it twice and creating an inconvenience (I had a loaner for 5 days once for a trunk support when it was originally quoted at a few hours). They were not busy at the time of my visit. They had cars coming in and out of service, but I was the only one in the very spacious waiting room. Moving forward, I would try and address all my issues and needs here. Absolutely recommended if you'd like your service experience to be as smooth as one can be (just always remember that some things don't always go as planned when working on cars, but at least here it feels like they care). It was an awesome experience actually (contrary to what I expected after reading other reviews)! I thought I was going to end up paying for a full glass repair, but I was mistaken about the damage and Walter was super helpful in pointing it out after a close investigation. Dude is awesome! Also, I have been to other Tesla service centers, and I have to say, this was probably a bit on the nicer end on the inside.

I had an excellent experience at the Tesla service center thanks to Christopher at the front desk. Even though my appointment was scheduled two days later, he took the time to help me right away, checked in my car, and had everything resolved within about 30 minutes. Super professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. This is the kind of service that makes a difference.

I made an appointment for 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning and the appointment was scheduled through the app. When I got there the sales were closed and service drop off center was closed. All doors are closed. No one there to help me and no one responded to the messages in the app. I'm very disappointed because I wasted an hour driving there. What's the point making an appointment?

I checked in early at 9:00 AM for my 9:45 AM appointment. The front desk told me I would be able to leave before lunchtime. Later, I was told that if I arrived at 9:45, my car would have to stay overnight — and they also do not offer a loaner car. What frustrated me the most was that people who arrived after me kept leaving one by one, while I was the only person who waited from the morning until 3:30 PM. When I asked why, the front desk simply said that other customers had “different services.” Even if that’s true, shouldn’t there still be some sense of first-come, first-served? I needed to pick up my kids from school, and not having a car was extremely inconvenient. I also asked if they could at least remove my tires first so my friend, who arrived at 11:00 AM, could help take them home. I was then told that the new set of tires I bought didn’t come with sensors and that they had to remove the old sensors and install them onto the new tires. But on the official website, the tire set is clearly advertised as being complete and ready to use. I honestly don’t understand how the front desk staff could be this unprofessional, unhelpful, and even argumentative. It was a very frustrating experience. I also saw him arguing with other customers too. I came there was to return the tools someone left in my car during last services. Not happy, made me very frustrated.
