Terrible fish sellers! Cheaters! We asked for branzino, and they gave us cheap fish and sold it to us for 13.99 per pound! When we got home, the fish in the bag was different! Cheaters

Nasty ceiling water dropped on me while shopping and it stinks. Very unsanitary

The service is very poor, and this has been the case for many years. Since it seems that the supermarket management is not responding to complaints, we will have to contact the regulatory authorities.

The only good thing about this place is their prices. Very rude employees and zero customer service skills. Ever since pandemic they implemented one line rule to pay, but if you're Asian, they have no problem letting you skip, claiming there are separate lines to all. Tons of garbage around the store. Lady was washing the floors today as people were still shopping, almost shoved me out of the way with her mop.

Horrible Customer Service I am absolutely appalled by the disgraceful treatment I received from a cashier at 瓯江86st. The cashier displayed an attitude of pure contempt—rolling their eyes, sighing loudly, and speaking in a tone dripping with condescension. HIGHLIGHTED: Especially the cashiers on the right side after entering (shift on 6/26/2025 in the afternoon)—their behavior was utterly unacceptable. Short-hair cashier yelled at me all the time, when our Kid was present got scared and shocked by this horrible women. the cashier in the middle with long hair even threw our items on the cashier. (Yes, she literally did) ZERO star if possible. Train your staff—or fire them!
