I've worked with Marnie Eden since 2023, and this woman is AMAZING. Not only is she the hardest working person I've ever met, she anticipates my tastes and finds exactly what I like before I do. I've worked with her on both sales/purchases and rentals, and she takes care of literally everything. I could not ask for a better broker and I am deeply grateful for her and all that she does, because she makes my life so much easier.

I worked with Marsha Essman (via a recommendation from.a coworker) to find a home away from home to live in for my weekly long distance commute to NYC. She listened to my needs, desires, and budgets to organize two efficient afternoons of looking at properties. When we found one that I liked, she continued to work to make sure the entire process went smoothly and was always available and prompt in getting back to me. I 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy or rent in NYC.

I had the best experience working with Michelle Wu. She was prompt in responding to all questions and was very patient on the tour, even helping to take measurements of the apartment. We did not get the first apartment we applied to and Michelle continued to send alternate options that met our criteria until we found another good fit. She was extremely helpful through the application process and even reached out to the landlord to request permission for us to have our cats. Given the current market in New York we were having a very hard time finding an apartment we could afford and truly would not have found the right one without Michelle.

Michelle Wu is such a consummate real estate professional that I am writing my first Google review! Usually the worst part about renting is the agency fee, but for the first time I paid it gladly. Michelle magically built a relationship with us that was authentic and highly personalized all while deftly vetting rigorously on behalf of the landlord; so much so that I would have sworn she owned the building! As an agent, she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, dedicated, and principled. She works with The Agency who also offered complimentary concierge services to help with relocation. They were wonderful as well and every single time I mentioned her name, they had the same opinion of her as I. Hence the Google review! As an owner, buyer, or future renter, I will always turn to Michelle.

Highly recommend the Agency - specifically Anthony - for your rental needs! Anthony was absolutely amazing and got me my dream apartment under budget in less than 24 hours! The entire process was very smooth, easy, and quick. Being my first time renting in NYC, Anthony gave me a great breakdown of what to expect, what was needed of me, and what he would handle - which was pretty much everything. He took the time to understand my needs and wants and by the next day took me to 5 different great apartments, where I was able to find and apply to my apartment that day! He handled everything including reviewing the lease and staying in contact after signing until I was fully moved in and satisfied. Will be referring friends and definitely using again for my next place!
