The Brooklyn Dance Centers II

I have been dancing at the Brooklyn Dance Centers for almost ten years, and over time, it has become so much more than just a dance studio — it has become a community and a family. The teachers here deeply care about each of their students, consistently encouraging us to grow and reach new heights in our dance journeys. Over the past decade, I’ve witnessed firsthand the dedication and passion they bring to their work. When I was younger, I didn’t fully grasp the level of detail, commitment, and effort required to run a dance studio. Now, I understand and appreciate it more than ever. Continuing, I have also created friendships I know will last a life time because of the warm and caring atmosphere created by the director. These connections have elevated my dance journey even more and made it an even more meaningful experience.

The Brooklyn dance centers have always been a huge part of my life! I started dancing here when I was 5 and not only did they help me become the dancer and person I am today but they have helped me grow and find my passion for teaching dance! I’ve made so many friends and a sisterhood I can’t imagine life with! BDC is the best studio and family ever!

My daughter has been attending this dance school since 5 .. she’s 11 and I have nothing but good things to say about the program it’s amazing …. And the nutcracker show yearly is Awesome … shoutout to Ms. Alison she does an amazing job with the program - Tiffany Aiken

I’ve been dancing at The Brooklyn Dance Centers for eleven years, and it has truly been my second home. The training is outstanding, the community is uplifting, and the growth I’ve experienced here, as a dancer and a person, is something I’ll always cherish. This studio has pushed my friends and I to be our best with care, strength, and love, and I wouldn’t be the dancer I am today without its guidance. An extra thank you to our director and studio owner, Ms. Denise, for shaping me, supporting me, and giving me a place to belong. I LOVE BDC.

My daughter has been dancing with the Brooklyn Dance Center’s competition team since the age of 3 — and now, ten years later, at 13, this studio is so much more than just a place where she dances. It has truly become our second home, and the people there, our extended family. Words can’t fully express how grateful I am to Ms. Denise. From day one, she has poured her heart into every single student, treating them like her own children. Her love, patience, and dedication have not only helped my daughter grow as a dancer, but more importantly, as a person. Through her time at BDC, she has gained confidence, discipline, respect, and values that will stay with her for life. I’ve watched her find her voice, her strength, and her joy on that dance floor — all thanks to the supportive, nurturing environment that Ms. Denise and her amazing staff have created. You’ve been there through every step, every leap, every fall, and every triumph. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being such an important part of my daughter’s journey — and ours. We are forever grateful. BDC is not just a studio — it’s a home. A family. And we are so proud and honored to be a part of it.
