My laundry card stopped working despite money being loaded on it. Left the manager a voicenail describing the situation. He called me back within 30 minutes. He was able to transfer the previous balance on the old card to the new one within a day or two. Rare customer service with quick response and resolution.

I have been a customer with this laundry for approximately three years. In recent months I always find it dirty and messy, both on the floor and on top of the machines. During the hours when people go to wash, many of the machines are occupied by workers to complete their clothing orders paid for by weight. There are also damaged machines which means you have to wait longer to be able to take an empty machine. As a regular customer of this laundry, the image they are projecting is not adequate, especially when the prices recently increased to be able to use the machines.

Dirty floors and machines, multiple machines out of order at any given time, prices per wash or dry keep going up without warning. Staff is kind, though

I’ve been a client to this laundromat since pandemic time . And let me tell you , every time I go it’s worst . All machines are constantly broken . The employees take out your ladybug to was their clients , mind you broken machines always . I just left and got upset and had to tell the employee to put my clothes in another dryer because my clothes were “ drying “ for 35 mins on high and they were wet as if I just took them out the machine . This is frustrating.
