I decided to hire Danny and his team after extensive research. They were prompt, accessible and professional. They sold my property in about a week and the entire process was very smooth. It's been 5 years, but I continue to recommend Danny for friends and clients!

We met Danny Davis & his team 15 yrs ago, fresh from San Francisco . He found us the best apt , negotiated the best price with the best mortgage . We are still lucky enough to call him and his family forever friends to this day .

This seller’s agent always price at least 20-30% higher than market price therefore his listings are always taking months or even years before it gets sold. While I understand it is his job as a seller agent to get the most money for the seller, he is not confident to have real dialogue with the seller but only interested in getting listings to build his personal branding. It is a tactic that works with luxury market where sellers often don’t mind but it is a waste of time for both the sellers and the buyers with his egoistic approach to his listings. He uses shaming tactics if offer is not close to asking and I have also heard others mentioning his lack of engagement to schedule showing and to blow people off by asking for proof of funds. There are different kinds of buyers but if Danny is only looking for a quick and easy transaction then he might as well work as a cashier at the supermarket. If Danny is only interested in building his personal branding then his style is falling short of team SERHANT. I hope Danny can take some time to reflect and do some damage control otherwise it is a wrong representation of that humbling imagine of Corcoran branding.
