Very bad experience on the 3rd floor. The security guard on the third floor was extremely rude and unprofessional. As paying guests, we only stepped outside the room for a moment because it was very hot inside. Instead of explaining anything, the guard spoke to us in a commanding tone and said “go in or get out.” When I asked politely for a reason, he even pointed his finger at me and ordered me to “listen.” This is unacceptable behavior from any KTV staff member. Guests deserve basic respect. Will not return.
