Exceptional service! I usually go in as a walk in, and have never had to wait more than 5-10min to be seen. Always quick and straight to the point, addressing all concerns and leaving me feeling hopeful! The office manager is very hospitable and welcoming as well. Definitely recommend this location!

Took much longer to fill out the paperwork than to be seen by the doctor who diagnosed me in seconds, and spoke too fast about my condition that I understood nothing. However , she made sure I understood the cost of the follow up treatment, go figure. I understand it's a business but shouldn't their money making goal be aligned with the care of their patients?

I went in for a routine dermatology appointment due to some early signs I was noticing on my hair. I also mentioned additional concerns regarding my fingernails and facial acne. When the dermatologist, Yohana Shum, came into the room, the visit lasted less than two minutes. There was no proper inspection of the areas I was concerned about, and I was quickly told that there was “nothing there,” despite clear visible differences when comparing one side of my head to the other. She left the room without addressing any of my other concerns. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience with her, and it felt very rushed and dismissive. I will be visiting another location in the future. I recommend seeing a different dermatologist at this office who takes the time to listen to and address patient concerns thoroughly
