Great experience! The moment I arrived the medical asssitant “ Jennifer” made me feel at ease . She was friendly , caring and very knowledgeable - it’s really rare to find such staff these days. The doctor was great too , they both made my appointment smooth, comfortable and stress free. I’m very happy with my visit and would definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Dupah is excellent. Unlike many dermatologists who delay the process, she diagnosed my issues immediately and took swift action to prevent further damage. I really appreciated her efficiency and the solid treatment plan she provided. For the first time in a while, I feel hopeful and grateful. Highly recommended!

I was the only person there, got there 15 minutes early, and still wasnt seen till 20+ minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I was a new patient and they hadn't checked my insurance until I got there even though they had access to it for over a week. I went for an annual skin cancer screening and was in the examine room less than half the time I was in the waiting room and exchanged less than 10 words with the doctor, like she was rushing to get out of there, even though there was nobody else there. I didn't have any concerns but I have some marks and stuff that are always asked about by pcp or derms and she didn't say a word about anything. Felt like a huge waste of a 50$ copay. Only giving 2 stats cause it was very clean and I liked the decor. Will not be returning.

This establishment prioritizes profit over patient well-being. They employ deceptive practices both over the phone and on-site, even when they encounter infants. Despite being informed that the doctor at this location treats infants, the physician who examined my son exhibited extreme sarcasm and rudeness, making me feel as though I was merely waiting her time by simply being present. Her unprofessional and careless handling of my son’s head was evident in her demeanor. Ultimately, she advised me to wait three to four weeks and, if the condition does not improve, to consult a pediatric dermatologist. She even referred me to one in Brooklyn.
