Very friendly and dedicated dermatologist staff who provide world class superior service with treating skin issues and offer outstanding skin care tips. 100% would recommend the Union Square practice and the other practices they have located throughout NYC to friends, family and coworkers looking to get all their skincare needs taken care of. Can't wait for my next appointment with them on March 9 :)

Despite there being a lack of communication from a different location (where my appointment was initially scheduled for) the USQ office was efficient, quick, & kind. The front desk assistant was able to carry herself with patience and understanding given the last minute circumstances of my appointment. I didn’t get her name but her & provider Alyssa were a huge help to my day. Thank you to the staff at Union Square tonight !

I just saw Dr. Antoury and she exceeded my expectations. This was my first full body, skin check, and I went into the appointment, extremely anxious. Dr. Antoury Not only eased my anxiety But performed a very thorough skin check that made me feel reassured and calm that everything was fine. I had to have one mole removed and biopsied, and she did so with minimal pain that I felt. I have already recommended her to several friends and will be going back on a yearly basis without the anxiety that I would’ve had.

Extremely unprofessional office. I booked my dermatology appointment 5 days prior and shared my insurance details when making the appointment. I have fidelis care and zocdoc showed this provider accepted it. I submitted the intake form and resubmitted my insurance info 24 hours prior to the appointment, receiving confirmation that I was good to go. 10 mins prior to the appointment I received a phone call which went to voicemail because I was on the subway on the way to my appointment, telling me that my insurance actually isn’t accepted. When I got to the doctors office they said I would have to pay out of pocket to proceed. This information should have been conveyed significantly sooner, extremely disappointed by the poor service.

It was my first visit there. The waiting time was catastrophic (50 min delay), and I had an appointment. Their time is valuable our time as well. The front desk was not very welcoming nor helpful. The consultation itself went well and as expected. It’s the whole experience around which was not good.
