This store is very nice store . The staff is very friendly . They have all types of cases . Phones . Help . Really good and profesional service speacialy from RAHIM very pacient and friendly staf . He help me with my phone was broke the back and front the camera was broke . And i got my phone les than 2 hours . Looks like new better than new . And.the price is reales good if you comparate with other works and store . I really recomend this place

Rahim and Eray were excellent througout the process of helping to fix my water-damaged MacBook. I originally took it to the Apple Store downstairs in the mall and they were unable to properly assess the issue (the tech seemed inexperienced), and said any repairs would take up to two weeks. They also made no guarantees on whether the MacBook could be fixed, or whether the data could be migrated in case a repair failed. Not what a customer wants to hear! I then went to Best Buy and they told me pretty much the same thing. After finding The Fix Queens through Google, I spoke with Rahim over the phone and he was very friendly and helpful in offering a diagnostic on site, which required no waiting at all. Eray was able to assess the issue with his colleague over the phone in minutes and both men walked me through the next steps in a fair and reassuring manner. As the MacBook would need to shipped out, they gave an estimate of three to five days (I visited on a Sunday afternoon); to my delight, I was able to get the item back in excellent working condition in less than 48 hours, with the screen, body and keyboard cleaned as well, and at a much more affordable cost than what Apple quoted me. (They even sent me a survey by email with my receipt, and provided a personalized message to my comments.) Thank you Rahim and Eray for your excellent, kind and courteous service, which was much more efficient than Apple's. I will be sure to visit and recommend The Fix Queens to my friends and family for all related needs. I'm glad to have Google to help share this feedback, so that others can discover The Fix the way I did.

Good place. My partner went in when she cracked her phone and not only did they offer her a cheaper price to fix it than the place downstairs, they said she should go to Apple since she has AppleCare before talking to them. It would have been pretty easy for them to just tell her they’d fix it or anything, especially when she was in distress. She even came back because she was worried the phone wouldn’t make it to an appointment tomorrow and they reassured her. I applaud the store and the workers for being honest rather than thinking about the short term. I’ll definitely be back here the next time I have issue with my phone. I feel like they’ve earned my business.

Excellent service, my cable was plugged in, but my phone wasn’t charging. They did a diagnostic of my charging port and fixed it very quickly. Made my day, thank you so much!

The purpose of this review is not to hate or harm this store in any way, shape, or form. That being said, I hope you take this review as an informative review. Atmosphere: This place is pretty clean and bright. You get a good sense of probably having a good experience. Service: Service is decent. The moment you walk in, they will immediately try to assist you. Sometimes, it can be a bit overwhelming when they're on top of you every time, even though you may just want time to search for the right product. Products: I went in there looking for a case for my Galaxy S21. Therefore, I can only give my opinion about this product and not other services at the store. I think their phone cases are just cheap. Mine did not even last a year. Three months after my purchase, the color started to fade away. It only took soft friction for the color to come out. It looked like my phone had been dropped so many times. Prices: The price for my case was not worth it. Like I've said, poor quality case. It did not compensate for its high price.
