Zero Stars for This Firm and Lawyer. This has been an extremely unsatisfactory experience. When it comes to immigration matters, he is not the lawyer to hire. My husband and I paid a significant amount of money for his services, yet there was no progress made on our petition. We later learned that during the Trump administration, my husband’s removal case was reopened, and the attorney requested an additional $5,000 to represent us at a virtual hearing—after we had already paid $4,500 in 2022 for him to dismiss the removal notice. When we met with him regarding this issue, he was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked a clear understanding of how to explain the situation or communicate effectively with us. Overall, we were very unhappy with how our case was handled. He has since filed a motion with the court citing communication issues, despite the fact that we were the ones consistently following up. He demonstrated minimal familiarity with our case and appeared to rely only on basic, surface-level information. As for our petition, it has not progressed at all, and when we requested documentation of the work performed, he was unable to clearly show what actions he had taken. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER FOR IMMIGRATION MATTERS. He will overcharge and provide little to no results. UPDATE: This review was previously taken down because he refused to speak to my husband unless I removed it. Despite the fact that I am the petitioner, he also refused to communicate with me or continue processing my requests for documents and a refund, stating that an affidavit was required. My husband and I completed and submitted the affidavit. He then responded that he would forward our documents (which we have still not received) and provide an accounting report detailing the work performed (which has also not been provided). This response came from an email sent in early December 2025. He has since ignored my follow-up email sent on January 2nd and has not responded.
