The Learning Experience - Long Island City

We’ve had a great experience at TLE LIC with Ms. Luz and Ms. Tamara. One of my favorite parts is how much they include families through special events. The fashion show during the clothing unit was such a fun and thoughtful way to bring the learning to life. What really stands out is that every educational activity has a real-life follow-up, so the kids aren’t just learning concepts, they’re experiencing them. You can really feel the care and intention behind everything they do.

I took a tour at this school for my daughter. The director, Erika, was amazing!!! So informative and nice and most of all she was welcoming. She assured me that my daughter would be in good hands and safe at all times. The classrooms are beautiful and very clean! Thank you to Erika & the staff at TLE LIC !

My son has been at TLE for a month and has had a wonderful experience so far! He has learned so much from his caring teachers Miss Gia and Miss Elani. He loves school so much that he’s sad to leave his friends and teachers at the end of the day. We’re so thankful to the TLE staff for taking such great care of him and making him feel right at home.

We are first time parents who dove into the research of all child care centers around us to ensure that our little one is getting the best care possible. After numerous tours, countless appointments, and unimpressive experiences of the facilities that we saw in our area, we finally found TLE. My husband and I had a few non negotiable things that we were looking for in a facility and TLE-Long Island City checked every single box! The directors and the teachers are so warm and welcoming. They are extremely knowledgeable and helped put our worries at ease. Our child has wonderful experiences with not only just her teachers, but teachers from other classrooms as well. She is so happy at the end of the day and now it’s gotten tough to get her out of the place when pick up time arrives. TLE has created such a warm and nurturing environments for these kids and we are so happy to be a part of such a wonderful organization!

The Learning Experience LIC is a wonderful daycare. We have had our daughter there since she was 4 months old in the Infant A room. From the beginning the facility and the staff made us feel welcomed and inspired in us a trust to leave our little girl under their care throughout the day. Like anything in life there are always bumps in the road, but even when an issue does arise we feel that our voices are heard and that there is care and understanding in the manner with which things are addressed. If you’re considering this location as a place for your little one I would say you’re making a great choice.
