The One Yoga & Pilates

This place is so clean and the studio is very aesthetically pleasing. Always been intimated by pilates before finding this place, however, my instructor Sandra made it enjoyable and is very attentive, assuring, and encouraging throughout my sessions. Not to mention the results and experience have been very pleasant. Highly recommend!

The one yoga studio is such a wonderful community. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming, I made a lot of friends since. The instructors are absolutely the best, knowledgeable and encouraging and genuinely invested in your practice. It feels like they truly care about you and your practice. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, calmer and more connected. Couldn’t recommend this studio more!!!

The studio feels really calm and welcoming, and I always leave feeling stronger and more relaxed. The classes are challenging but in a good way. Definitely my favorite place to work out! I honestly love coming here. The instructors are super supportive and actually pay attention to your form, which makes a huge difference. The space is clean and has such a calm, welcoming vibe. Every class leaves me feeling stronger and refreshed, not overwhelmed. It’s great for beginners but still challenging enough to keep you improving. Definitely recommend!

A great yoga studio right in the heart of Flushing. I was a bit nervous as it was my first time taking a yoga class, but the instructors were very welcoming. Sandra was especially very kind and patient. I will definitely be coming back!
