Very efficient service with reasonable price. We came to hem the pants and they did it right there and it is done in 15 mins costing $15.

Best tailor service in NYC! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quick and fast repair for a fair price. The owner is so nice and professional. I have had multiple pairs of clothing tailored here and it always comes out perfect.

I brought in a leather jacket that had a broken sleeve button. One of the tailors was quick to see me and help me find a replacement button and fix it. They were effective and very hospitable!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business at all. It took over two weeks and multiple attempts just to get my pants back. The team working there are friendly, but it should not have been this difficult to get my pants repaired or frustrating to get them back. I dropped off four pants right before Easter weekend - three pants were just a simple hem job and one pair had a hole that needed repair. It was a great, efficient visit - I prepaid and was in and out in under ten minutes. I was cited the following Wednesday to come pick up the pants because of the holiday rush. Not speedy like other same-day places, but fair. Then the farce started. - Attempt #2: that following week, the pants still were not ready. Clearly they had not started working on them at all. Was told to return in an hour - Attempt #3: return in an hour, pants are still not ready. - Attempt #4: days later, go back to pick up the pants. They cannot find the pants!! - Attempt #5: more days pass, finally get the pants. I rarely leave reviews, especially bad ones, but this place really got my goat. Go to the many other tailors in the city!

They lost my two valuable sweaters. Admittedly, I lost my ticket but when I was there, another person in the store had their ticket and they also didn’t have his items. My girlfriend told me that previously when she picked up 5 items for me, they had initially gaslighted her into believing there were only two items. Only after she insisted did they find the rest. They are nice enough people but they are very disorganized. Do not recommend.
