I’m so happy I found this Guizhou-style fried pancake spot! It tastes just like the ones from my hometown — crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful inside, with that perfect mix of meat, spice and aroma that instantly brings me back home. It’s hard to find this kind of authentic taste here, and they really nailed it. Highly recommend if you want something comforting, satisfying, and truly delicious! 太好吃了，一口下去就是小时候能在贵州吃到的味道👅

Really enjoyed the beef pancake, however I can't help but feel it would've been even better if freshly made and hot rather than from the warmer, I'll definitely be back

As a person of Dominican descent who’s a lifelong resident of Flushing, I was intrigued when I heard that a fellow Dominican was selling scallion pancakes in Flushing and also that he’s fluent in Mandarin. His name is Daniel and he runs The Pancake with his wife and in-laws. I had to check this spot out for myself. I ordered the beef and chicken pancakes. I was told previously to wait for fresh ones. Both were delicious, lots of flavor, tender. Daniel and family are very nice people and they deserve your business. The Pancake is a true NYC story- a Chinese family and their Dominican son-in-law coming together to sell tasty scallion pancakes. Check them out, buy a few, have a conversation if they’re not too busy. It’s right next to Lucia’s and the 7 train station- you have no excuse not to visit when in Flushing.

Pork pancake was my favorite. The pancake has a slight crunch but very soft inside. It's a great comfort food. Everything is made fresh with simple ingredients. Service is the best. #secretfoodspot #huddenfoodgems #localsfood

Pork pancake was fluffy and had a simple but enjoyable taste. It was a bit oily but fair price and good overall.
