The Soho Center for Mental Health Counseling has been a comforting and supportive space for me. The therapists are kind, professional, and really listen. It’s a place where I’ve felt seen and safe, and that’s made all the difference. Highly recommend to anyone looking for genuine care. My therapist Anthony is absolutely amazing!

I can’t recommend The Soho Center for Mental Health Counseling enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, heard, and supported. The staff is compassionate, responsive, and deeply professional. My therapist created a safe, nonjudgmental space that helped me make real progress with issues I had been carrying for years. I always felt that my treatment was thoughtful, personalized, and rooted in genuine care.

Had an appointment booked with Brenna Valsted, she texted me and canceled last minute due to an " Office Emergency". Seems unprofessional to cancel an initial consultation last minute especially when mental health is concerned.

I booked an appointment with Dominika Bredova on Zocdoc because it showed she was in-network with my insurance. I completed all the required forms, but two days later I received an email assigning me to an advanced clinical resident instead. Not even a licensed therapist. No one asked for my consent or confirmed if I was okay with the change. This feels very unprofessional and misleading. People use Zocdoc to carefully choose the psychologist they want to work with, and it’s unfair to be reassigned without notice. After I reached out, I was simply told that Dominika is out of network, with no further effort to resolve the issue.

The worst experience I ever had when it comes to getting my mental health taken care of. I don't recommend. They'll make you worse than when you started. Wasted money. Wasted time. If you have severe mental health go anywhere else but here. And if you sign up on zocdoc? High chance you won't even see the mental health professional that you are signing up for but one of their trainees or associates.
