A great addition to the neighborhood. Cool place for a hang with friends. Decor resembles the inside of a train with tvs on the walls. There's a different variety of food for everyone. Grill meats/veggies were fresh and delicious. Recommend for a large friend group gatherings.

Newly opened small and warm Chinese style BBQ restaurant, fresh ingredients, the quality of beef is very good! And the price is so cheap!

The food is tasty. Not sure how they season it, but the stir fried meat comes out very fragrant. The aluminum pan conducts heat well, giving the meat a nice Maillard sear. Stir frying it with onions and cilantro keeps the flavor rich without feeling greasy. The seasoning is quite similar across the dishes, but the different types of meat bring slightly different textures. The sauces include sesame paste and sesame oil. The sesame oil feels a bit heavy for my taste, but the sesame paste is just right. There is also a dry barbecue seasoning mixed with sesame seeds and peanuts that goes well with the meat. The plates may not look big, but the portions are actually generous. Each dish costs less than $10, and two people can easily eat for about $20 to $30 per person, which feels like a good value. The main downside has nothing to do with the food but with the ventilation. It seems there is no real ventilation system, only some deodorizing packets. The smoke does not look heavy while cooking, but the smell clings very strongly to clothes and hair. I strongly recommend wearing something inexpensive and easy to wash, and preferably going on a day when you plan to wash your hair that night. Otherwise, you may leave the restaurant wearing a full body bbq perfume.

I honestly wasn’t planning to leave a negative review. But after seeing someone here making sarcastic comments like “hot pot places always smell,” I feel like I should clarify what actually happened. Yes, hot pot and BBQ restaurants can have some smell — that’s normal. But most places have proper ventilation systems, and many even provide bags for coats to minimize the smell sticking to your clothes. This restaurant had no effective ventilation at all. When they were cooking the meat, the smoke just filled the entire dining area. After we ate for about two hours, it wasn’t just our clothes — our bags and even our car smelled like it. The smell was still very noticeable the next day. Also, since the owner was polite, my friend originally chose not to mention two things in the review, but since people are questioning the experience, here are the facts: • There was a visible hair in one of the cold dishes（老式拌双丝）, which is already a serious hygiene issue. • In another cold dish (凉拌笋丝), there was a piece of raw, uncooked meat, which goes beyond just poor quality — it’s a basic food safety concern. No one is saying a BBQ place can’t have any smell. But proper ventilation and basic food hygiene are the bare minimum for a restaurant. The sarcastic comments about “hot pot places smelling” honestly read more like a friend of the owner trying to defend the place than an objective customer.
