Staff does the best they can, lots of Amazon returns coming in and out of this place. Always helpful though in the classic NYC gruff style.

It’s a UPS store! Small and busy but staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. Printing is easy but a bit expensive. Note you can get 20 pages free printing at the library on Center, but only black and white. UPS Store seems to be the best local option for color printing.

I have been a regular customer at this location for years, and unfortunately my interactions with one particular male staff member have been consistently unpleasant. During my most recent visit on Monday Dec 29th, this specific employee who happened to be wearing a mask, was extremely condescending, arrogant and rude. Please learn how to talk to guests because making returns shouldn’t be so off-putting. This does not reflect the rest of the staff, but it resulted in an overall, negative experience.

Terrible experience. Called ahead to ask if they do print jobs and what it was. They said they do but they don’t. You have to log into your email and send it to their pretty crappy printer. Those are printing services. That’s do it yourself. They also charge you to use the computer on top of the print copies, and when the printer with the settings the employee changed did the wrong thing, I still had to pay for the copies. $7 for 4 8x11 copies on crap paper is robbery.

I went to UPS to ship a package I had packed securely myself, as I’ve always done in the past. This time, they refused to accept it because it didn’t contain bubble wrap—even though the item was already well-protected with two layers of secure packaging. (All the other shipping carriers accept)I understand the importance of safe transit, but this new rigid requirement seems excessive and inconsistent with past experiences. I was fully prepared to take responsibility for any damages, yet they still wouldn’t accept it. Very disappointing and frustrating.
