I had such a great experience at this UPS Store! Zunaed was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure my package was packed securely and shipped out quickly. The store was clean, organized, and the whole process was super smooth. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my future shipping and printing needs.

We are on our way for my therapy and we forgot to drop off a package. This UPS was close by the therapy place. We went there the workers so nice Noor took care of us and Camila was on the other machine and Ricky was taking care of boxes. They were very friendly, courteous and accommodating. So we ask them when did this place open because looks pretty new and Noor said it just four months. And we saw the place was busy lots of people coming in.

This store has only 2 operational point of sales, one has been out of operation now for over 2 months. Every time I ask there is supposedly someone on the way to fix it, again this point of sale has been out since May 2025. The manager Mr. Noor is extremely polite & I feel for him as the line backs up, but there are other UPS options in the neighborhood that would be a faster drop-off. It quickly becomes an uncomfortable environment, because people who do not know the middle point of sale is not operational, get upset at the extremely long waits, & they do not understand the situation. I frequent this store every week, multiple times, but it has come to a point where if there is more than 3 people in the queue, it backs up so horrendously you will be stuck here for an extended period of time, with nothing the staff can do about it because there is not an adequate amount of service counters. I hope they fix the point of sale because it is a real shame.

**AVOID THEIR SCAMS** at UPS Store 26-05 Francis Lewis Blvd, Flushing, NY 11358 Forcing you to buy a box - the older indian gentleman will tell you, you must purchase a brown box because yours is not a shipping box. It's false, most packaged boxes are sturdy. UPS rarely if ever decline items shipped in their original box. Adding Insurance without your consent - the older Indian gentleman is known to add insurance without consent. He'll ask you what the value of the item is and automatically add insurance without asking you. That may add $5-10 to your shipping cost! Buying bubble wraps - they may insist on you purchasing bubble wraps even when the box is sturdy and the item sits snug inside. Use your judgement. Beware of additional charges when shipping with them. Always ask for the complete breakdown and ask them to explain it slowly.
