I always ship my packages here, easy and smooth transactions every time. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. I don't get why there are 1 star ratings, I always see other customer being handled nicely and quick.

Dear Manager, I’m writing to share some feedback regarding my experience at your UPS Store location on Farmington Road in Flushing on the morning of October 2nd. I first stopped by around 9:00 a.m. to drop off an Amazon return. Due to time constraints, I decided to return later in the day. When I came back at 1:41 p.m., I was assisted by the same staff member as earlier. Unfortunately, during the second visit, the employee appeared to be focused on their phone throughout the interaction and did not make eye contact or engage in a professional manner. I understand that everyone has busy or off days, but the lack of attentiveness made the experience feel impersonal and unwelcoming. I doubt this reflects the standards you set for your staff, and I wanted to bring it to your attention with the hope that it can be addressed constructively. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback.

Very outrageous customer service from an employee named SETHI. I was there to drop off a prepaid package. There was no line, and I was expecting a quick drop-off. Instead, SETHI’s attitude was extremely rude and unhelpful. Even though he saw me waiting, he ignored me and continue looking at his cell phone. After he finally called and scanned my label on my package, he refused to accept the package and acted like I had done something wrong in front of all other customers who was in the store at that time. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. If this is how customers are treated, I’ll be avoiding this UPS location in the future. If you don’t want to be treated disrespectfully, I’d recommend avoiding this store as well.
