The staff were extremely professional and friendly from the moment I walked in. They helped me ship my package very quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled efficiently, and they took the time to answer my questions with patience. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend this location!

I rarely leave reviews, but this UPS store really stands out—especially compared to the USPS next door. The staff here are genuinely kind, compassionate, and always willing to help with different shipping situations. They handle things quickly and with such a positive attitude. It’s such a pleasant experience every time I come here.

I had such a great experience with UPS thanks to Edward! He was super friendly, professional, and made the whole process really easy. You can tell he actually cares about doing a good job and helping customers. My package was handled quickly and arrived right on time. It’s always nice to come across someone who’s both efficient and kind. UPS is lucky to have him!

This store is notoriously busy, and as a result, the staff's attitude is inconsistent and often poor. They are particularly impatient with Chinese-speaking customers. I paid $5.99 for a "Hold for Pickup" service for a valuable package. Although the tracking status showed it was delivered to the store, when I went to pick it up the next day, the clerk told me they didn't have it. Their explanation was that the driver drops off many packages at once without scanning them and just marks them all as "delivered," so they had no idea where my package was. I asked for their help, but they simply told me to call customer service to open a claim for a missing package. I did so, and a few days later, UPS's investigation concluded that the package had indeed been delivered to the store. I called the store again, and the clerk was still unfriendly, insisting they didn't have it and that I should deal with UPS. What is the point of having a UPS Store if they provide no help?! I visited the store one more time, and unsurprisingly, my package was still nowhere to be found. Now, I have no idea who took my package—whether it was the driver or a staff member. But as long as they just say "we didn't see it," my package is gone for good. Throughout this entire ordeal, the store provided zero assistance, and the staff were consistently unfriendly and impatient.

Today was my first time ever mailing an envelope, so I stopped by to ask a few basic questions, and also purchased stamps and an envelope here. Unfortunately, the staff member in the black jacket had an extremely unprofessional and rude attitude. As soon as I asked my second question about the mailing process, he immediately grew impatient—his body language was dismissive, and their eyes even showed obvious annoyance. This customer service is completely unacceptable. Answering customer questions is part of your job; there is no excuse for treating a first-time customer with such contempt and impatience. I will never come back here and strongly recommend others to avoid this location for their mailing needs.
