The UPS Store

I had a great experience at this UPS Store! The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They made the entire process quick and easy, whether it was shipping a package, printing documents, or getting something notarized. The store was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Great little ups store. It's so nice to have a ups store by queensplaza! It's space is shared with a pharmacy but it can do pretty much anything, a regular ups store can do (Even drop off amazon returns)

I came here to print some documents and return a package through UPS. Martin was incredibly patient and helpful—he carefully separated the color and black-and-white prints and double-checked everything with me. The return process was also very quick, and the store wasn’t too crowded. If you ever need printing or return services, I highly recommend here!

Amazing customer service by Gladys! It was so refreshing to find good and attentive people who are happy to take care of their customers. Gladys was very efficient and super helpful.

“OMG they just charged me $3.50 at UPS for printing one single page! And they didn’t even warn me! For one page! I almost started running after that robbery 😂 That’s what I call a real-life hold-up!” And on top of that, the guy was super rude and arrogant. He tried to imply that I didn’t have to pay — maybe I didn’t, but I’m definitely not out here giving away money for free 😂. The whole thing felt like a mini robbery for one printed page!”
